While Dan works with a range of investors, he finds the most joy in guiding first-time buyers, out-of-state investors, and high-earning professionals looking to diversify beyond equities. He thrives on the process—analyzing deals, negotiating, and fighting for his clients—far more than chasing commissions.

Leasing is a big part of Dan’s business, not just as a service but as a way to sharpen his expertise. By leasing apartments for clients, he gets constant reps—walking units, talking to tenants, and understanding what renters truly value. That knowledge doesn’t just help him lease faster; it helps him guide clients to buy and sell the right rental properties.

Outside of real estate, Dan’s world revolves around his family. Whether it’s walks to the neighborhood park, weekend adventures, or bigger trips across Europe, time with his wife and two kids comes first. His two Golden Retrievers add to the fun (and chaos). He calls University City home and is a parishioner at Our Lady of Lourdes.
